How this works

Each engagement is bespoke and unique to each individual and organization. This can include narrative 360 interviews, vision, journey, and plan development, personal workshops and retreats, full access via email or text, as-needed coaching via Zoom or in person, and on-site or remote shadowing and observation.

Team coaching, workshops, and retreats are additional options we can explore.

Executive coaching engagements start at $2500/mo and can run upwards of $10-15k/mo depending on scope, business stage and size, intended business impact, as well as if we engage stakeholders, team members, boards, or investors.

If funding is an issue, private coaching might be a better option that we can explore.
